Special opinion about the games Monstrum, Just Cause, Max Payne 3 and Doom

A couple of years ago, my dearest person released a series of reviews under the general title “Minority Report”. You can check out the first season. Later, for work and family reasons, I had to give up this hobby, and I switched to streams, the recordings of which I posted on this site.

In the same year, succumbing to the persuasion of particularly devoted fans and satisfying my own desires, I decided to return to my almost forgotten hobby and would like to present to you the first episode of the second season of the Minority Report program, dedicated to the games Monstrum, Just Cause, Max Payne 3 and Doom (which is from 1993, not 2016).

I hope you find it interesting! Enjoy watching!

Generally an interesting format for a mass review. Moreover, it allows, in general, to compare one with another.

There, in the middle of the video, the author mentions Max Payne 3, that it could be a “spinoff, boxwell or. "In general, these two words are synonyms. Well, how can I say… one thing is a tracing-paper translation of another. That is, some kind of tautology turns out. A trifle, but unpleasant. As did a couple of pronunciation errors a few minutes before, in an opinion piece on Just Cause. And a couple more after.

Purely out of interest – YouTube does not issue warnings or restrictions for a music break? Or the inserts are short enough that they don’t pay attention?

By the way, the mouse seemed to https://mbet-casino.co.uk/login/ be supported in the very first version of Doom. But this meant that you use this mouse to walk, and open doors, and everything in general. In general, it’s also inconvenient. So, when I want to play the old Doom again, I install the version with the ability to turn my head and strafe. And also jumping is a revolutionary innovation for this game))

And I don’t quite understand what the problems are with passing. Only the last enemy in Doom II gave me pause. To think of throwing rockets at the place where the monsters were flying from was beyond my understanding! Well, it was difficult to find secrets. Only in the first part and the first episode was I able to knock everything out.

I would not say at all that there are problems with launching today. Yes, the Steam version sucks. But all sorts of amateur assemblies cope quite well with launches, fortunately there are quite a few of them. Everyone will find what they need.

Let’s just say that such a division is based on the fact that when they want to mention something that does not really fall within the framework of certain series or universes, they call this product a “side-story” with a bit of negativity. At the same time, these same works can officially be called “spin-offs”.

In the video, “bockwel” is used in the context that the game falls under the idiomatic expression about sewing a piece of clothing to an exclusively female part of the body.

Honestly, this is the first time I’ve heard of such a division between a boquel and a spin-off in terms of meaning. Wolverine is also readily called a spin-off. I can’t say anything about Resident Evil, I haven’t played it. I only watched the history of the series. But there seem to be several parts that have their own plot, even before Revelations. I mean, it’s like calling Silent Hill 2 a side sequel from the first one XD

I won’t argue about Doom. In the years when I played the original Doom, I didn’t even think about the mouse))

Thanks for your comment!

I know that a spin-off and a “boquel” are the same thing, but, as far as I can tell, a “boquel” is used when a separate story is “attached” to the main plot thread of a series, series of films or games, which can sometimes even contradict the main plot thread. For example, "Star Wars: Rogue One" is a spin-off, and "X-Men Origins – Wolverine" is a sequel. If we take games, then “Resident Evil: Revelations” is a spin-off, and all sorts of “Gun Survivor” and “Outbreak” are sidekicks.

Yes, my pronunciation is not always perfect, but I try.

There have been no warnings for music breaks yet. I deliberately waited a few days before publishing on YouTube to check and, if necessary, replace the music.

I can’t say 100%, but I remember that in the first Doom the mouse was not supported, and then they added the mouse you’re talking about.
